A Demonstration on Plating and Presentation:
An hour long demonstration will include instructions on how to prepare and plate a selection of dishes. The following will be served:
Artisanal cheese plate
Crudite with white bean dip
Smoky gazpacho in cucumber cups
Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages including an Herb-infused iced tea.
Salad of baby arugula, citrus, shaved red onion and olives, parmesan basket
Herb-crusted day boat halibut, pesto potatoes, romesco sauce, fried leeks, roasted baby vegetables
Chocolate-ricotta pudding with cinnamon toast
