Our March fundraiser was a huge success thanks to sponsor Viking and Corporate Chef Trish Sebben-Krupka! The evening began with mingling, appetizers and drinks. Later we got down to business and Trish taught 20+ architects and designers how to properly prepare and plate several delicious dishes. We learned the tricks to designing in the kitchen. The dishes included Parmesan Baskets, Chocolate-ricotta pudding and the popular Romesco sauce!
